This is a comprehensive guide to building strength and endurance in a gym environment towards your hiking and backpacking goals. This program takes you from the very beginning steps of building strength in the most used places in your body, all over! 2 gym days and a cardio day for the first two weeks is how this program starts, it's built with progressive programming, meaning, the further you get into the program the more difficult the exercises will become.
There's a complete list of hiking gear I keep in my own pack along with safety tips, clothing tips, descriptions, equipment needed and videos showing correct form for each exercise.

Appointments will be made at the beginning of the contract for the entire month. If a reschedule is needed, please give 24 hour notice to retain the session credit. No call no show sessions will not be reimbursed.

In person training is available in Chattanooga, TN. I can meet you at your gym (if they allow outside trainer) or your home gym.
Tell me your goals and I’ll provide input on eating habits whether they’re good or bad. I provide customized macronutrients based on your personal goals. Gaining lean muscle mass and/or loosing body fat doesn’t have to be difficult. If you can follow a macro plan then you can reach your goals.
