My name is Kris Lovley and I am a Adventure Seeker turned fitness trainer. I have been in the fitness industry for over 3 years and am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Wilderness First Aid Certified. My passion lies in helping people develop their bodies to handle more adventures. I spent multiple years working for a non-profit as their wilderness guide in the state of Maine and have spent even more years outdoors hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, ice climbing, snowshoeing, road biking & mountain biking. I moved to Tennessee 3 years ago in pursuit of fresh trails and new adventures. I’ve worked with beginners all the way to athletes. I enjoy training people to hit their goals, no matter how big or small, there’s always new goals to be made.
